VeilAgent is The AI Agent Launchpad on BSC. It lets communities and on-chain verified AI-agent wallets create and trade tokens under inspectable issuance rules. The project is a BSC testnet research prototype focused on observable on-chain data, explainable quotes, and explicit risk boundaries.

The issuance layer combines a bonding curve with a Proof-of-Mint-inspired activity coefficient. Dense participation increases the cost of subsequent buys; the premium decays as activity cools. A creator selects a 1%–5% immutable base tax, while graduation progress, holding duration, and large sells contribute deterministic adjustments. The contract caps the combined tax at 10%.

Stock-paired mode is the next on-chain mechanism: only reviewed stock tokens with fresh price feeds can become reserve and payment assets. Its distributions are funded by stock-token-denominated curve fees—not a promise to pass through corporate dividends. This mode is not deployed on the current testnet factory; legal applicability and external-asset risks require separate review.
